My journey in design began at Airbnb, where I had the privilege of shaping premium experiences for the Plus and Exclusive tiers. It was an immersive masterclass in high-stakes business and global design, but more importantly, it was where I discovered the true joy of UX. I've found how a single digital touchpoint can ripple into a real-world emotive journey.
This curiosity led me to pursue an MSc in HCI at City, University of London, moving my practice from intuition to scientific rigour. My research further extends into XR technology, where my thesis explored how immersive interfaces can intuitively reshape the future of travel planning. Exploring the nuance of Human-Agent Interaction through Cedars AI, where I transformed a standard AI Interview Coach into an empathetic AI Agent capable of high-fidelity social simulations.
I’ve always believed that great experiences must be lived to be designed. My design sensibility is deeply informed by my background as an Airbnb Superhost, during which I managed five properties and designed the spatial journey for over 300 global guests. Whether it’s the layout of an interface or the lighting in a room, the goal remains the same: to make people feel at home.
I focus on building interfaces where complex commercial logic meets user needs, ensuring both user delight and measurable business impact.
I apply quantitative and qualitative rigour to decode human behaviour. I advocate for inclusive design and immersive empathy to ensure products serve diverse user needs and authentic human experiences.
I specialise in organising high-density data into intuitive navigation systems and mental models, ensuring complex digital environments remain cognitively accessible and scalable.
I specialise in adapting global brand architectures for local resonance, ensuring premium products maintain their soul while speaking the local digital language.
